Niklo

Terms of service

last updated: 31 august 2026

Using Niklo means agreeing to these terms. They're short and written to be read.

the service

Niklo is a free web app for planning group trips. We work to keep it fast and available, but it's provided as-is, without warranties — we may change, pause or discontinue features, and free tiers of the infrastructure we build on can have hiccups of their own.

your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or anything unlawful.

your content

The trips, lists, messages and everything else you create remain yours. You give us just enough licence to store that content and show it to the members of your trips — that's what the product is. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing or abusive; invite people the way you'd want to be invited.

travel information — the important one

Checklists, guides, destination pages and the showcase trip are researched general guidance, not professional advice. Permit rules, fees, road conditions and seasons change — verify with official sources before you travel. Nothing here is medical advice: altitude medication and fitness decisions belong with a doctor. You travel at your own judgement and risk.

liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Niklo and its maker aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service — it's a free planning tool, not a travel operator, and the trip itself is yours.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

changes and contact

If these terms change, the date above changes with it; continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: jaychouhan.cj7@gmail.com.
